💫 People must be able to receive health care free from the threat of criminalization 💫

It is vital that people are able to get the health care they need - whether it be abortion, gender-affirming care, or pre- or postpartum care - and for them to be able to do so safely and with dignity, without the fear that their provider will report them to law enforcement or any other state authority. The institutionalization of practices that encourage criminalization are very real threats to patients’ lives and destroy the trust of the patient-provider relationship.

Our communities deserve care, compassion, and reproductive justice.
